What to Expect (and not to expect) in a Life Coach Session...

You can expect:
Don't Expect:
- To be seen, felt, and heard as who you are now with no judgment, then
- Be guided and supported with intuitive and open ended questions, visioning, brainstorming and a variety of other creative techniques that will,
- Stir up the deeper wisdom you may not be paying attention to, so you can produce,
- Goals and action plans that will help you access the best of your personal potential
Don't Expect:
- To be told what to do or given exact advice. (If I do have advice to give, I will only do so with your permission).
Coaching Session Options...

One-on-One Coaching
The most powerful mode is one-on-one coaching either in person (Baltimore Metropolitan area) or by phone and Skype (the rest of the world). This includes between session e-mail support.
We will begin with a 30 minute introductory session to assess how well we match as well as terms such as length of coaching (for each session and how many overall sessions), when and how to meet, and price (per session or package).
E-Mail Only Coaching
I also offer e-mail only coaching starting with an initial assessment to probe the topics and goals a client wishes to explore. A series of questions and reflections are provide to the client so that he or she can provide answers. Through this exchange, new insights are gained including goals and action steps to be taken. The action plan will provide "homework" or field work to help a client think, write, and reflect until the next session.

Voice Dialogue: What's Unique about my Coaching?

What is Voice Dialogue?
We all know, (yet may not quite want to admit), that there are a plethora of voices we hear in our heads. For every voice that has an influence on you, there is an opposite one that may be disowned. For instance, if you are in a restaurant and are dissatisfied with the food you have been served, there may be one part of you that wants to tell the server to send it back, while another part tells you not to make a fuss and just eat it. Voice Dialogue acknowledges that our personality consists of an assortment of "Selves", each with its own wisdom, role, history, habits, and values which are all indispensable. No Self is better than another, but as we grow up, some parts of our Selves are reinforced and others rejected.
Using the Voice Dialogue technique, each Self is allowed the chance to speak without interference from other Selves. It is a natural and unforced process that can produce powerful results from the awareness that it brings. Voice Dialogue cultivates an increasingly Aware Ego that balances the importance of each Self while recognizing its role as only part of the whole personality.
How does it work?
The technique can be incorporated within a coaching session or conducted as a whole session on its own. As a facilitator, I work intuitively to distinguish different voices that express themselves through specific points of view and body language. Once a voice or Self is identified, I can explore and dialogue with it more deeply depending on the client's willingness. Voice Dialogue works best when the client is seen in person or by Skype since it requires visual reading of a client's body language and energetics.
